Updated Fire and Police Services Procurement Pack 2009

Local Partnerships has now published an updated model Fire and Police Services Procurement pack containing revised drafting to cover Best Value changes reflecting the move to Comprehensive Area Assessment, refinancing update in accordance with Addendum 9 to SOPC4, new equalities requirements and implementation of the changes to the TUPE provisions on pensions.
